What are the best photos to send for illustration?

The higher quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more clear and defined illustration of you. Follow these guidelines to ensure the best results:

  • Please send photos where the person's head and shoulders are visible. Otherwise, the finished artwork will also be cropped.
  • Close-up photos are the best, but half-body ones where we can see the face in detail are also great.
  • Avoid sending photos that are cropped, blurry, or have harsh/colored light. 
  • Typically, a file size of 1-2 MB or greater is enough for us to work with without needing to apply a low resolution filter.

But don’t worry, we will reach out to you and let you know if we’re having any issues with your photo.

 

How long does it to take to make my canvas print?

Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you within 2-4 business days. Once we have a final artwork, our production team will complete your poster within ~1.5 days and your canvas print within ~3.5 days. 

 

How will my portrait be sent for proofing?

Your completed portrait illustration will be digitally emailed to you for proofing. We can only make minor edits based on your original order details. To ensure speedy delivery of your canvas print, please make sure to look out for this email and approve your proof promptly!  

 

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job. If for any reason you are unhappy with the portrait, we are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

 

What can I have as my background?

Can you draw more than one person? Can I have my family portrait drawn? 

Yes, we just added the option for 3 people in our portraits. Please select the corresponding number people as per your uploaded photo. For any other custom orders requests, please reach out to us at info@pinkmango.us and we will do our best to help fulfill your order requests!

  

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

 

Where do I input my promotional/discount voucher?

Place your order as usual and when you reach the cart page, there will be an input field where you can enter your discount code. Then click "Apply" to verify your code.

 

What if my printed product arrives damaged, or there is a fault?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@pinkmango.us so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

 

I'm not happy with the Pink Mango piece I received, how do I go about returning it?

Whoa, hold the phone! Before you return it, let us reprint it for you. We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you absolutely want a refund, contact us. We want you to be 100% happy with your print or your money back!
